Those who continue their journey through the advanced stages of the tradition may eventually be called to the role of Palumbrista Maestro or Palumbrista Maestra.
A Palumbrista Maestro or Palumbrista Maestra is someone who has undergone the full initiatory process of Mara Palumbra and has demonstrated the maturity, understanding, discipline, commitment, and spiritual responsibility required to guide others on their path.
At this level, the practitioner is no longer focused solely on personal development, but also on service, stewardship, leadership, mentorship, and the preservation of the tradition itself.
Having progressed through the advanced stages of the tradition, the Palumbrista Maestro or Palumbrista Maestra may ultimately integrate both the Tree of Life (Sephiroth) and the Tree of Knowledge (Qliphoth), bringing these complementary currents together in a mature expression of wisdom, balance, experience, and spiritual mastery.
In the final stages of their development, those who are called to become a Padrino or Madrina are prepared to establish, oversee, and steward their own Casa de los Santos House.
These Houses serve as centers of guidance, learning, initiation, mentorship, practice, and community, ensuring that the teachings and living current of the tradition continue to be preserved and transmitted to future generations.
